Let me start off by saying that I had better! Poco Loco's is not customer oriented, very bad customer service along with the worse service EVER! The satff is unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone..I waited for my food for 20 minutes while there was only 2 customers ahead of me. When my food was ready the stupid staff thought it was the customer's and left the food on the counter meanwhile I had already said that it was my order. Five minutes later and a bunch of bickering back and forth I finally received my food, nice and soggy! I have already told 19 people about how unprofessioanl this place really is and I know word of mouth is the best way to spread information. Just want until I tell my colleagues about this, there is about 63 of us! P.S., The 20 minute wait was NOT worth it because your food is DISGUSTING!!

just got back home with my nacho Especial..... and once again im amazed...... i love this place..... been goin since they first opened up and simply love it all the food is amazing...... keep up they great work jorge and janice....... and just to add i havent been to taco bell since they have opened....

Nothing less than AWESOME!! I went to Poco Loco on Friday aft with only word of mouth compliments. I was in no way let down. I met the owners Jan and Jorge. Such friendly people. I ordered the Fahita Wrap and it was on table in less than 10 mins. It was sizeable, hot and the price of $6.99 was more than a fair price for what I got. All the flavours blended together perfectly! I urge anyone to try Poco Loco. You will always be back, I know I will. Next time I'll bring the kids. The only thing wrong was, my stomach wasn't big enough to order another one! Ed-Guelph.

My son and I went there after the Bulldogs game on Saturday. and it was great!! I had the pulled pork quesadillas and Matthew had the tacos, they were fantastic. Very fresh, very tasty and very affordable. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend Poco Loco to anyone. We will definately return again. Steve and Matthew

The best Burrito I have ever had. Our office staff goes every Friday for Burrito and it always busy, the service is quick and the hot sauce selection is great.

My family and I are moving to the area around this restaurant and stopped here for lunch when we were wanting to get a feel for the neighbourhood. It was great! Lots of food, good prices, friendly staff. My husband and I shared the chili with meat and soft shell tacos and the kids shared a cheese quesadilla (which the restaurant made to the kids' particular specifications). We are sure this will be a regular place for us!

This is the best place in Hamilton and surrounding area for Mexican/Tex-Mex. Not only is almost everything made from scratch and assembled to perfection, but it is also offered at very affordable prices. I have been to every other place in and around Hamilton and absolutely nothing compares to Poco Loco. I am not affiliated with Poco Loco in any way other than that I am a loyal customer. I commute from the west end of the Hamilton for Poco Loco because nothing compares. You are in for a treat.

One of Hamiltons best places to dine, the food is made for you as you order you meals. An excellent meal for a very reasonable price. Kudos to Jorge , Janice , Donna and staff from the Cat Man.

Fantastic, extremely welcoming friendly service, and AMAZING food. I dont have to worry about "wondering" what's in my food. Everything is homemade right in front of you, just the way you like it. So affordable too! Generous portions, at low prices. Unlike so many other "taco" places, there are plenty of really healthy options as well. And it's all absolutely delicious!! I think my favorites are the chili (available in both beef and vegetarian) and tostadas. Another cool thing is the array of hot sauces that they have to choose from, sauces of all different flavors from all over the world. I try a different kind every time I go! The atmosphere is bright and open, and always festive, from the decor to the music. One of the cleanest restaurants that I've ever visited, both the tables and the washroom are always very tidy. Hands down, my favorite takeout place in the city. Only I hardly ever takeout. This place is so welcoming and family friendly (bring your kids!), it's more fun just to stay there and eat!

Was our first time at Poco Loco and it was delicious! The nachos and burritos were hot, fresh and filling. The owners were friendly and it was nice to chat with them. We would recommend this to everyone!
