    Recently a customer left their bike downstairs, and another customer cut (scratched) her leg, and is now contacting PocoLoco's insurance. "Excuse me sir" "I'm very sorry" " Due to insurance reasons " .... the new owner was VERY polite in trying to explain the situation to the customer ... There is a bike lock-up bar just outside the restaurant (one of several located on Ottawa Street for customer convenience and safety). If you are going to do any shopping while riding your nike, why don't you invest in a bikelock?? The downstairs area of Poco Loco is a bit crowded and there is NO SAFE place to park it. Poco Loco is more concerned about the safety of ALL their customers (and staff) .... and unfortunately cannot accomodate one unreasonable person. I have worked on Ottawa Street for several years and eat at Poco Loco regularly .... the new owner is a great guy, bringing a lot of new items to the menu. Judging by the crowds that are always there, I would have to say , the majority of people LOVE Poco Loco !!!
